Szkolenia na Malcie:
- Fluency and English Language Development for Educational Staff (kurs dwutygodniowy)
Opis kursu:
This practical 2 week course is ideal if you are looking to develop your
English language knowledge and improve your fluency. Similar in structure to
our 1 week programme, this 2 week programme will give you more opportunity to
work on your language and fluency development. Participants at a lower level
will join a General English course which will include modules with a focus on
language development and training in speaking and listening skills in English.
- CLIL Methodology and ICT Tools for Teachers Working with CLIL (kurs dwutygodniowy)
Opis kursu:
It introduces you to the principles of CLIL (Content and Language
Integrated Learning) and analyses CLIL teaching techniques, including practical
ways of integrating CLIL into a classroom teaching environment. Teachers will
explore the 5 Cs of CLIL, scaffolding for learners, multimodality, assessment,
and teaching aids in CLIL.
In the second week, participants will look at practical ways of
integrating technology into a CLIL classroom teaching environment. You will
explore a variety of ICT tools which you can use to facilitate and support
teaching through CLIL.
- Spice Up Your Teaching Ideas Methodology in Practice Today (kurs tygodniowy)

This is a practical 1 week training programme in Language Teaching Methodology which covers
a broad span of teaching ideas and activities to enliven lessons and make them
more motivating and interesting. This course is suitable for language teachers
and educators in secondary, vocational, tertiary and adult education.

- Intensive English Course and CLIL for Teachers (kurs dwytygodniowy)
Opis kursu:
This course aims at developing teachers’ fluency and accuracy in the
English language. It also takes a multidisciplinary approach to understanding
CLIL methodology and introduces participants to how the theory can relate to
their own classroom practice. Includes CLIL lesson planning, resources, and the
creation of materials.
The course addresses teachers of all subjects who would like to refresh
and broaden their skills in the English language, implement CLIL methodology in
their classes, understand its principles and applications, and find resources
and lesson materials.
By the end of the course, participants will feel more confident in
speaking and writing in English. They will have also learned the key principle
of CLIL lesson planning, material development and the integration of content
and language teaching.
- Activate Your English (B1+, B2) (kurs dwutygodniowy)
Opis kursu:
Course for teachers with B1+ or B2 level of English who want to develop their language skills to be able to communicate and interact with confidence in class and in everyday situations by using the cultural context for creating learning content.
- Content and Language Integrated Learning (kurs dwutygodniowy)
Opis kursu:
This is a course for Teachers who want to learn about the most important
aspects of the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach. Hands
on practice and key concepts will be blended into a dynamic methodology.
Participants will observe examples of good practice, will participate in
lectures and workshops and will analyse up-to-date information about relevant
and updated development of CLIL implementation in education. Practical ideas
for classroom management and instruction, teaching techniques, lesson planning
and materials development will be applied to a variety of subjects across the
curriculum.
- Talking To People (C1, C2) A language and culture course for teachers (kurs dwutygodniowy)
Opis kursu:
This course is aimed at teachers who would like to enhance their
knowledge of English (C1, C2) by understanding key cultural aspects of Ireland
as a unique learning context.
The methodology of this course is an effective combination of workshops,
seminars, project-based learning and field projects that will help participants
develop their communicative competence and explore beyond language. Looking
into a culture, its history and its people creates learning, motivation and
natural curiosity that invites communication.

- CLIL in Secondary School: Make It Work, Make It Effective (kurs tygodniowy)
This course will teach you how to use CLIL effectively in any subject
area at secondaty school. We have chosen to discuss, in English, the academic
subjects of Science, History, Geography, and the Arts but these methods can be
applied to any domain using any foreign language. Thus, as a teacher of either
an academic subject or a foreign language, you will be exposed to many concrete
examples of creating content-driven lessons in a foreign language that are fun
and engaging.
